Jersey Switch in NHL 2004

Hey gang,

I was playing a game a EA NHL 2004 tonight (like I do most nights). Leafs v. Habs (guess who I was???). Any way...I scored a goal with Mike Komisarek and when it zoomed in to the shot of him celebrating the goal he was wearing Leafs colors. Still #8, but all Blue and White...

Anyone else seen that before?

i havent had that problem, and i was the habs as well. maybe your game card isnt up to speed

I'm half way through my second full season and it's the first time I've seen it happen...

No bid deal, it was just kinda funny.

It screws up like that sometimes, kinda hilarious. I see it pretty frequently when a team scores on itself, it'll show the wrong team shaking their head about the screwup.

few glitches I've noticed are goalies becoming players after the fights (showing them in players equipment) and face-off freezing.

Lots of times the players also switch hands.

you can't

you can only Replace them using FSHED i think its called and FSHX for 2005.

another thing i noticed with 2004

empty netter score with your goalie, the goalie will do the player celebrations without his cage/mask on. It's pretty funny.

i don't exactly remember how as i haven't done mods for 2004 in a long time.

if it's anything like 2005, you should have to use bigGui, extract the fsh file from players.viv, open the fsh with fshed, and replace the bmps or whichever file format it uses from there. I do remember it being a little more tricker than 2005 but it wasn't too hard.

Once I made myself a created player that was a goalie on NHL 2005. Since I am a lefty, I made him lefty. I zoomed in on him during the game and he was holding the stick with his trapper and and his blocker was gloveside.

does anybody know what picture files the skate.fsh file uses? its it png or bmp??

also when i replaced the skates and ran the game....the game keeps on freezing

why am i having this problem?

if its not BMP it might be DDS?
