Disappointed in the quality of these. I had the original Proto V's with the US Hockey Research chassis and they were a great skate for their time. Now they seem to be a beginner level skate...

I'm disappointed too, I would have thought hockeygiant would have make the skates look like the older models like they did with the Wickeds and VSis...

same here... i kinda liked the older Vi/Vs model that had the yellow chassis?

The VSI was a solid and perfect fit for me back then, but I cant justify splurging $299 on them now...

Those skates were made to replicate the bsx and csx skates. With a price point of $99.99 what were you expecting?
