Cleaning Tongues

I got a pair of 40's and had my tongues from my G35's put in my 40's. Seeing how the skates are only on year 2 but the tongues are on year 4 they aren't the vibrant white they once used to be. Just wondering if anybody has any idea on how to clean them?

Tide To Go pens are the best bet for any white hockey gear. If that doesn't work you could carefully use some bleach but if you got it anywhere other than the tongues it will stain the skates.
