Easton curve question

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, tried looking around for info on this, so i hope this hasn't already been covered.

I'm trying to find a new curve lately, and i'm interested in Easton Heatley, but i can't find any at any lhs to look at, and I don't know anyone who has one. I used to use iginla a long time ago, and i thought it was ok, but i wanted it a little more open. Anyone have experience with both curves? Any thoughts as to which one is more open, or that you just like better for one reason or another? Lots of differing descriptions on different websites as to whether its an open face or completely closed, so i thank you for any info you have in advance.

its pretty similar, the heatley has a different toe and a lower lie (5), i hear some say its a tad more open, but unless you need a lower lie i would suggest sticking to the iginla, if you want more open, try the sakic

the lower lie is even more important to me than the open face. if its just like the iginla with a lower lie, i think i'll go for it. thanks for the info.

It is almost exactly the same curve with a lower lie.
