Replacing skate runners...

Looked around and couldn't find the exact answer, so my main question is how to replace the steel on an LS2 holder. Do I need any special wrenches, etc... I want to switch to a different radius (no, I don't want to re-radius my current steel, I want the option of switching back if I want to), as I am skating on the LS2.1 steel now and want to switch to a 9' radius with the LS2. Thanks for the help...

8mm socket wrench, possibly with an extension. You have to remove the footbed, the black plastic cap, and get the socket down onto the nut inside the holder.
