Cold Weather Inline Puck

I broke two ids pucks tonight. I was wondering if there is any good pucks for cold weather? Propuck seems good; however, they shoot differently than other pucks.

The Franklin Pro Commander Puck seems to work alot better in the cold than the IDS as it is a little heavier.

Millenium pro puck works well too, as it is a rubber compound as opposed to plastic. Works well in the cold. Hurts like a mother when it hits you on those cold days though!

What surface are you playing on outside in the cold weather?

I haven't found pucks to be very effective on a surface like that period. Usually play with a hard ball on concrete, unless it's indoor.

I found the Millennium Pro Puck to be pretty good for smooth concrete, but when you ring a hard shot off the goalpost or the boards when it's really cold the large white glide pegs can break off. I have about half a dozen pucks with missing glide pegs from playing in sub freezing temps.

I'd say use a Sonic Puck.
