Easton S15 or SE16 Skates

Can someone give me the main differences in these two skates. I have been able to try on the S12's at my LHS, but have seen the above mentioned skates and wanted to get some input.

Also, anyone know where I can find an 8.5R of the above two? My LHS doesnt have them.

The S-12's are slightly higher cut skates and have the microweave material as an inside liner. It's kind of like a grey basketweave fabric type liner. The SE-16 is a sllightly lower cut and uses Eastons traditional latex type liner which almost looks like a grey clarino type material. If you go barefoot in your boot I'd go with the SE-16 because it is much more skin friendly than the microweave in the Stealth. ( A bit rough on the feet until it is broken in )

Its been said that the synergy line is more for comfort and the stealth for performance, I do not know how true this is as I have only skated in CCM and Bauer. I think you would be better of with the SE16's or S15's especially with the great deals on them now.
