Replacement parts for sliding toe bridge

hey guys, I'm reaching out to the board for some help. I help coach a fairly new High School program and need to do some repair work on our backup goalie gear. Have a set of TPS pads with a sliding toe bridge that uses a lace going through the bridge with 2 plastic discs on either side of the bridge to let the lace slide from side to side. Well, one of the discs/washers broke and i cant seem to find them anywhere at all. I can probably make them out of some plastic, but would rather purchase them if I can- they are about the size of a quarter, made of white plastic, and have 2 holes in each (the lace loops through).

Does anybody have any idea what i am talking about, and even better have any idea where I can get them?? i have been looking online for weeks and can only find complete toe bridge sets, but not just these washers....

You'll never find them in a store.

I'd try contacting TPS directly, as a first step. Just call/email their customer service line. After that, try Pete Smith (smithhockey.com) or Scott Battram, both of whom put sliding toe-bridges on every pad they make. Either should work in a TPS bridge.

Just explain that the bridge itself is fine, but the plastic discs broke; they'll know exactly what you mean.

they have a toe bridge kit that includes the washers, but that's like $25 and all i need are the plastic washers...the goalie emergency kit they sell has like everything BUT the discs :(

will try smith and battram next, TPS never got back to me when emailed them several times last year about the parts
