Hi guys,

can anyone tell me the difference between the stock TUUK runners available?

I just realised that the LS2 steel on my X:60s are shorter that the super stainless on my wife's X:30s. Is this right?

my skates are larger than hers, 6EE vs 7EE. Both skates are virtually brand new and my steel is shorter than hers.

you get more life out of your edge with ls2/ls2.1/fusion steel. the stainless shit doesn't hold as long as an edge. Since she has x30s, that steel can come out so you could buy better steel for her. if she had x20s or below the steel is injected molded within the tuuk.

basically though since your steel is awesome, they give you a little less, or they give her more, depending on how you look at it.

plus, skates like the x60 are built for performance and in the skate the heavyest thing I would say it's the blade, less steel, less weight
