Tongue Roll, anyone?

I've noticed that during the last couple games I've had, the tongue on my skate (one75's) keeps rolling to the outside of my ankle on both feet. I can tell when it starts to do it becuase when it moves far enough it starts to pinch on my outer ankle bone. Anyone else had this problem? Any suggested fixes??? Thanks...

I remember someone writing about making 2 vertical slits near the center of the tongue to pass the laces through, just like you find on a lot of shoes.
