You should be fine. Never removed wax laces from Grafs when I baked them (even if they aren't the exact same laces, they're still wax).

I put some of the yellow elite laces in my vapors and recently had my skates rebaked. The only thing I noticed was when they came out of the skate oven, the laces felt waxy"er" and the yellow looked more waxy till they cooled down.

Other than that I have not personally noticed any difference in the laces.

I didnt even think about the laces until I was putting my skates back on to mold! haha
