Hulu has the occasional full game, and you can buy some some stuff on itunes by game. Haven't checked recently though.

If you're looking for free, record the replay on the local channel. If you're looking for free and online, forget it.

if you buy nhl gamecenter you get every game from the past few years. at least thats how it was when i had it last year.

NHL Gamecenter also takes quite awhile to make the broadcast replays available.
