furlanitalia 1 Report post Posted March 1, 2010 If a goalie comes out of his crease and covers a puck causing a whistle it is a delay of game penalty. Meaning your privileged area would result in a penalty for the goalie should he cover it (the rest of what you list is fine, about being free from body checks.)And yes, common sense should prevail but it rarely does amongst 13-20 yr olds.
