vapor xxxx skate blade question

so i picked up a pair of vapor xxxx skates a few months ago and after getting them resharpened a 2nd time, it seems as if there has been more metal taken off the middle portion of the blade than towards the front and back of the blade. i was wondering if this is normal at all? sorry i dont have pictures :(

to help elaborate a little better... the part of the blade that is circled is where there the blade is a little thicker than the middle portion. i just did a measurment and realized that the front tips of the skate have about 2mm extra metal on it as where the back has about 1mm compared to the middle length of the blade.
