Lucic is another guy who wasn't a standout growing up until he tried out for JR A and made it. Played 50 games before getting a shot at Major Junior action, and after a decent first season really poured it on the year after.

Funny story about Lucic - He started hockey because his brother was better than him at baseball, so Milan picked up a sport his brother didn't play. I'm sure this wasn't the only factor but funny to hear about.
