Never use krazy glue for helmet padding

Recommended Posts

I was having problems with some pieces of the comfort padding on my 8k helmet. The glue never set and the pads kept moving

and sometimes came off when taking the helmet off. It was the small pad at the base of the neck and the two strips on the microdial

that were moving, so I put a few drops of krazy glue on it. It solved the problem of the pads moving, but now the previously soft comfort

pads are as hard as the styrofoam liner. Just thought I'd pass it on

I opened this thread expecting something stupid, but that's some good advice. I wouldn't have guessed that that would happen. Noted.
