Blades for intermediate Easton Synthesis

Recommended Posts

Blade on my Synthesis Grip (Intermediate) has developed a crack on the backhand. It's not my main stick (that's a non-grip synthesis), but i'd still like to both replace it, and get some backups for my main stick.

The blades I have in them at the moment are the original synthesis (look like this, but blue instead of orange, and RH) and i'm having a hell of a time trying to find them.

My question is, what other blades will fit in these sticks (preferably Easton so I can use the same curve, but i'm not that fussed). Would this suit, for example?

Just checked my stick because I wasn't sure, and it's got an intermediate blade in it. I remember hearing somewhere that they don't make these anymore. If this is true, would a sr or jr fit?

(turns out my main shaft is a synergy II, not a synthesis. Shows how much attention i've paid <_< )

Easton made tapered intermediate blades for a while. I think this shaft took them if it's an intermediate. Not completely sure though.

What curve are you looking for. I have a ton of these at my shop and could probably get you a few. Let me know curve and hand and I will check.

That would be awesome. I'm after a Sakic RH.

EDIT: Although, I am in Australia, so you might have some trouble shipping them out here! Easton shipping restrictions etc.

hey, I have a broken Intermediate Easton SE, im assuming the blades you have would fit that right?

depends. Easton stopped making intermediate blades the year the intermediate se shafts were made I think. Just cut it and grab a sr tapered wood blade. If it fits, good, if it's too big, sand the tenon down a bit.
