Baking Bauer RX.05 ?

A friend of mine has problems with the fitting of his rx05.

Does the material of the skate support a baking process?

If so, any recommendation on time and heat to bake them at home?

I know there are several topics about baking skates, but I don't want to ruin his skates ;)

Mine were baked in store and are fine. They left the wheels on and everything. I got it done at Hockey Giant so it's a pretty reputable place to do it.
