shaving blades

Recommended Posts

I would vote for a belt sander. Something like a planer would take far too long. I assume you're talking about a wood blade? If you're talking composite, be prepared to compromise the strength, durability, and overall build of the blade. Taking off the outside layers and getting down into exposing foam is going to cause nothing but issue when you try to play with it.

belt sanders are quick and efficient, and minimize damage. I use them on all my sticks.

Yep, I use one primarily to shape and contour the wood end plugs I put in my sticks.
