Vapor 10 skate pain

I tried on a pair of the old Vapor 10 skates in D width, and although the length was fine I had a general "squeezing" pain along my left foot, like the circulation was slowly being cut off, even though the laces weren't overly tight. Is that what it feels like when a skate is too narrow?

Also, are the footbeds of the Vapor 10's better for a flat foot or a high arch?

Vapors are pretty narrow. What were your old skates?

CCM 652 from the late 90's. That skate fits me really well but current CCM's are too wide for me.

go for EE they probly well fit better

Foot going numb = bad. Like he said, try the EE's.

yeah my old Vapors 8s were really narrow compared to my old CCM 452s go for the EE width
