Over baking

My LHS baked my son's one100's for about 10 mins. After they cooled the heel of one skate looked smooth, without the anatomical shape they had before baking. Does this mean the heel opened up too much? Should I have them rebaked and try to squeeze the heel back into shape?

Im not sure, but if you find that they were infact ruined, they should replace them.

I think I'll bring them back tomorrow and talk to the owner.

Had them reheated today and really squeezed the ankle portion while on his feet. The heel pocket seems much better now. I also put superfeet in after they were taken out of the oven. Every thing seems great now except how big his size 4 feet look on a 4'8'' body. Kinda funny.
