How to add a catalogue to the repository?

I have a couple of hockey catalogues that are not in the downloads zone, and I thought perhaps people might want to have a look at them?

I tried uploading them but the downloads section does not allow direct upload (I believe one has to be a moderator to do so).

How do I do this?
