Vapor XXXX skate problem

I have a pair of Vaopr XXXX 7.5EE that are about 2yrs old. I skate about 2-3 times a week. Lately my right ankle feels like it is falling inward and forward as if there is no support. I feel as if there is no support in the left skate. The boot is stiff to the squeeze. The tongue does have some forward flex. left skate feels fine. Any suggestions or is it time to replace skates?
