8k or 7k?

Right now im still between 8k or 7k.. i play hockey twice a week and one public session for extreme ice skating (jump tricks like fakie 360 and so on, stopping tricks, etc)... before, my one75 was holding up well (but it didn't fit me nicely)...and i bought 4k via online without trying it..and its too soft and not durable enough for my skating style. So between these Rbk's which one has stiffness closer to one75 but still durable for heavy uses?
