Haha, who refers to the Stanley Cup winners as "World Champions"???? LOL. Lots to learn, Chicago...

The world series winners in baseball are referred to as world champions too arent they?

can't imagine what that's gonna cost.....there's a bar up there on the 96th floor, take your wife up there for a drink, and it's around $25 for two drinks!!!

Not surprising considering where it is. Nothing on or near the mag mile is cheap.

The world series winners in baseball are referred to as world champions too arent they?

As are the winners of the Super Bowl. The NHL is the highest level of hockey in the world, so IMO calling the Stanley Cup champs, "world champions" isnt out of line.

My point is, when's the last time you saw or heard an Stanley Cup-winning team, or its fans, call themselves "World Champs"? The last one I can think of is Ottawa in 1922. It just doesn't happen. "Stanley Cup Champions" not "World Champions".
