Easton Standard or Elite Replacement Runners

Hey everyone,

I have to replace the steel in my skates and I've been trying with no luck to find some Easton Standard replacement runners. Anyone seen any around that would fit a size 11.5 skate? I would consider buying a set of Elite runners, but I don't know how they perform. I hate the LPS runners my Synergy 750s came with so I'm gun shy about getting more perforated runners. Anyone using the Elites? Like 'em?

I use a pair of S17 and I actually use three sets of Elite runners with the skates, and I can tell you when properly sharpened they behave great on the ice. Really, no difference from any other pair of well done runners.

I use the elite runners as well, and they aren't as good as the E-pros I was using on my last pair of skates. I find they don't hold an edge as well, and need constant sharpenings, as well as already cracking 2 sets.

I too am trying to find replacement runners for an older pair of Easton Ultra Lites with Razor Blades size 9. I brought them into the local hockey shop and they couldn't replace them, saying the mounting holes are different. Does anyone know where I can locate some blades, the newer runners don't look the same, any help appreciated, thanks!
