Does anyone know if there is anyone to get small marks (scraps and cuts) off of a half shield?

I used a headlight defogger and something that protects windshields (Car products) Then buffed .

I have used G3 Farecla paste for car's body. My mirrored HS22 got a lot of scratches and cuts. I fully removed the mirror layer with scratches.

Just bought Novus plastic polish. Got the kit (with numbers 1, 2, and 3). I have been trying it out on an old Itech to make sure that I can get the results that I want before doing it to my primary shields (which are no longer being manufactured). So far it looks pretty good. I am going to try it with various polishing bonnets on my variable sander to see if I can get it into like-new condition.

I think the key is off ice protection of your shield. Get a helmet bag, if you don't already have one. Only use soft, clean towels to wipe the shield and never use any kind of harsh chemical to clean them. That way, the only damage happens on the ice. If you get a sticky tape scuff, use the Elmers citrus cleaner (forgot the name) which will dissolve the glue without doing any damage to the plastic.

I will do before an after pics on the next shield I do.
