chassis sizing/wheel base

i use a sr size 7.0R easton skate. i have a pair of s15's with a small lebeda hummer. now the small frame takes all 76mm wheels, which switched out for all 72s (for two reasons, one. i didnt drill out the boot to make room for the wheels, and two, i dont want to put the hummer on some sort of platform.

im currently looking into a pair of s12s and want to throw a magnesium chassis on them.

does the small chassis have a different wheel setup? 72mm 76mm? is the wheel base that much larger?

does this make sense?

ok, maybe this is easier. i dont want to make a pair of speed skates. so if anyone wears a mission skate in a size 7.5-8.5, with the magnesium chassis, can you tell me what size wheels the frame takes? and if you could take a profile picture that would be awesome.

most lhs display models are around size 8-8.5. i'd go to your lhs and look at them. aluminum chassis will be same as mag.
