blackhawks4ever 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2010 OK I admit it. I'm an idiot!!!! Bought a new set of Eagle gloves for my son from Peranis and since the shipping was free ordered what I thought was stick wax. But apparently Easton Z waxx is something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!! So my question is..... can this stuff be used like Sex Wax, etc on the bottom of the blade?? Thanks
kovey10 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2010 I'm pretty sure Z Waxx is used on a shaft/blade combo together. Haven't really seen it in years, but I do believe it's more like a glue than a stick wax. I don't know about using it as a stick wax. It probably won't have the same results as sex wax or other blade wax.
bdh13 1 Report post Posted December 11, 2010 It's a bonding agent for securing blades in shafts. Older Easton shafts, Z-Bubble & Ultra Lite, used to even be marked that they were compatible with Z Waxx.I haven't seen it in a good while though (nor did I ever use it when it was being marketed).
