Advice on Foot fitting

I am looking at getting some Graf Skates but each model is designed to fit a different type of foot. Unfortunately I live in the UK and the nearest shop to me which sells Graf Skates is 3 hours away. In the photos what type of heel width (narrow, medium wide), heel shape (pronounced or staright)and heel instep depth would you say I have?

Definitely straight. Heel looks medium to me. Instep looks deep from that angle. From what I see, I'd say 709.
