Pre-Game Meals

Saw some similar threads but nothing that really got down to real details and facts on what we should be eating before games.

What do you guys do? Do you plan all of your meals for a gameday or do you just plan your pre-game meal?

Well I eat alot, but Chicken Alfredo with a grape Gatorade for dinner before i leave for the game. When I get to the rink beef jerky and water.

On the road our team gets subway.
