nexusrage21 1 Report post Posted February 8, 2011 I'm in the market for both new inline and new ice skates (Inlines first since my current skates are all but done.). I am currently wearing commander blacks in a size 13D. Having heard that the SE line should be on size lower, I tried on the Commander SE's in a size 12d. I could barely get my foot in, the toe box was way too narrow. My question is, will moving to the EE size skate help me with this problem, will it widen around the ball of the foot? The store I was in didn't have the 12EE's, so I'm probably going to have to order online if those are the skates I go with, though I am going to check another store tomorrow.Another thing, I tried on the One100 Ice skates today, and had no problems with tightness at the toe, I thought the Mission SE line and Supreme line skates were supposed to fit the same. Am I wrong on this? Thanks for any help you can provide.
jazz4all 9 Report post Posted February 8, 2011 the black version is wider than SE. I've tried both in 8D. IMO, SE in D is more like supreme one75 in R width.
