Has anyone heard whats going on with The Ducks and the Syracuse Crunch? I just read this artical and can't find any other info on it. Here is a link to the artical.....

They agreed to send Jason Jaffray to the Moose when he recovers from the knee(?) injury he suffered in training camp. Jaffray played 5 years with the Moose and is a high-end player in the AHL. I guess that would ruffle some feathers, although I see it more as doing the guy a favour, especially given that he has missed the whole season, to send him back to a place where they love him and he is one of the franchise's all-time leading scorers and fan favourites.

This was also likely a nod by the Ducks to the Moose for letting the Ducks send players there when they were without an AHL affiliate. I believe they agreed to do this in January, and Jaffray was assigned to the Moose last month.
