Anyone know anything about the new Vic blades?

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the new "VicHockey" inline skates? Based on VIC's changing hands umpteen times I assumed they were just a garbage blade, but actually looking at a set the boot itself seems to be one of the stiffest inline boots I've seen and it's apparently running ABEC 7 bearings, though I have no idea who makes the bearings or what they are made out of. The price point seems to point towards them being crap as well but I'm just not sure.

Anyone know anything about them?
