Revision rep?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a revision rep. I broke my viceroy in two weeks and emailed them about it on Monday. I never got a reply and just wanted to see if there was a rep on here that could help. I would call one of the numbers on your site, but I don't want to bother a person that isn't involved with warranty replacements. Thanks in advance!

Out of curiosity and not to sound ignorant, but do reps actually take care of warranty items. I presume that you bought your stick from Rollin' Ice? I would talk to the guys at the shop or call the sales department and let them know you want to be connected to the warranty department. Hopefully you'll get this resolved sooner than later.

Yes, I did buy the stick at rollin ice, but last time a friend of mine broke a stick they told him that he needs to go through the manufacturer. I wasn't very surprised about that though, I thought that shops weren't supposed to warranty sticks anyways. I actually dont have cell service where I am now, so I wanted to see if a rep could give me a quicker way to contact the warranty dept, possibly a phone # for when I get service.

Honestly, as stupid as this is, I get a hold of them the most via Facebook chat. S:

I've had nothing but good experiences with Revision's customer service. I'm pretty sure they're on these boards and you'll probably be hearing from them soon, but last time I had an issue I emailed their Sales & Marketing guy nabeel@revisionhockey.com and he got back to me that same day.

I'm sorry, but I did not mean to infer that Rollin' Ice would warranty the stick, but rather they might have a number to get a hold of the warranty department at Revision. Sorry about my lack of clarity on my first post.

+1

I am in the UK and contacted their .eu site email address - always get back to me within 24 hours. I don't think anyone can beat their service.

Sticks are a funny business though, i mean, your stick could have got caught between a player and the boards and snapped. Not sure how these companies assess damage.

Good luck anyway

Rich
