Boyle is using the synergy 800 model.

Setoguchi using the se16 model

Heatley is also using the se16 model.

A way you can tell the difference is the breaks next to the thumb area. The 800 model has 2 rectangles next to each other for example. See the 2nd picture:

Edit: Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I am not a fan of the Canadian made E-Pros. They are quite different from the pro stock 800 gloves. The Canadian made E-Pros have low density foam with plastic inserts and stretch gussets. The pro stock 800 gloves have high denisty foams, plastic inserts and mesh gussets. The Canadian made E-Pros have a polyester shell, while the pro stock 800 gloves have a nylon shell. I could be wrong about the shell materials, but I think that the 800 shell/covering is better.

How do you distinguish between 800s, SE16s and EQ50s? And are E-Pros the same as 800s?

From my understanding, e-pro is the name for the easton pro series. The eq50 is just a name upgrade to the glove,(800 ->eq50) like the synergy stick line goes from se16 to eq50. Now to distinguish physically between the 2 gloves it is simple. It is just a difference of design, fit and cuff placement.

Click the 1st link, go down the the 4th row, 3rd pic, 800's-2 rectangluar pieces are same size and next to eachother

The 2nd link, go down to the 2nd row, 1st pic se16 gloves. You can see the red piece is longer than the white piece.
