Easton Pant Sizing

Recommended Posts

Need the help of the leaner people on this forum. I'm currently wearing size small pro stock Nike pants. I want to buy a pair of pro stock eastons and was told they're a size 48. Anybody know if that's likely to fit me? I'm a size 30 or 31 in normal pants.

I"ve been told a 48 is the equivalent of a small by some and 46 as the equivalent of small by others. I don't know who's correct. These are online so I can't try them on and there are no pro shops here in NYC that carry Easton pants.

Thanks in advance.

Long time lurker but this is my first post......

I wear a pair of Easton two-piece pro stocks that are size 48 and I am a 32" waist. I find that to fit the pant tight around the waist I have to cinch the belt almost a tight as it will go, so I would say that below a 30" waist would be pushing it. I'm 5'8" and found the length about half way over the knee, so I modified how the lower buttons to the upper to raise the lower a little and now the leg is just over the top of the knee. I also use suspenders so I don't have to worry about tightening the belt all the way and can wear them a little loose. The suspenders also help raise the pant over the knee as well. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the pant and they by far provide the best mobility I've had in a pant.

I will say that mine are a couple years old now (so the style you're looking at may be a little different) and that there was no tag on the lower, so I'm not sure if the lower is standard or possibly a +1 length.

Hope this helps.

I have two pairs of pro stock Easton pants, both in size 48. One is the older Air logo pant. Those fit perfect and are my main pants. I also have a pair of newer pants with the circle E logo that are very, very roomy on me. From my experience Easton pro pants tend to run on the bigger side. I'm 5'10", 215, with a 36 waist.

You have a 36" waist and size 48 pants are "very, very roomy"? There's either something very wrong with you or the pants...
