Removing Rounded-off Bolts

Hi

I have a pair of Revision Vanquish skates. I tried to remove a wheel to turn it round, and after a couple of tries, the bolt has rounded off completely so now my allen key cant get a grip - the wheel is stuck in there.

I didn't want to drill it out because I'm a bit worried about drilling through the thread of the chassis.

Any ideas?

I've tried the screwdriver/hammer approach but it wont get a grip...

I had that problem with my old mission skates. I tried to dremel a slot for the screwdriver but it didn't work as I couldn't get enough torque undo it.

In the end had to drill the bolt and used a bolt extractor. You may want to get someone experienced to do it.
