Makes one wonder about the long term effects of the puck to the face that Stamkos took last night.

Someone, somewhere has to take the headshots very seriously instead of fostering this tough guy "shake it off" culture that seems to be the culprit more than the second impact.

I know from working with Kerry Goulet that people are beginning to take it seriously, but the change won't happen quickly. Some believe that it could take a generation, because it entails changing the mindset of coaching at all levels, yet it isn't easy to funnel the education down to all of them.
