Shock Doctor Chin Cup

Bought this: http://www.hockeymonkey.com/shockdoctor-hockey-chin-cup.html today at Perani's, went to attach the velcro portion and realized I had twice as much stuff as I expected. I've tried a couple different ways but I can't figure out how to attach this thing and I don't want to use the full strap. Any help?

I took a piece of strap like you would for a normal full strap and then just put it around the post to pull it tight enough then taped it there I wrapped it pretty good. just make sure to over lap it. Or you can do like my friend did and sow it together.

I just got one and followed the directions on the packaging. Other than there way having the Shock Doctor logo upside-down, it was easy. What cage are you putting it on?

480. I figured it out eventually, but there were no instructions on my packaging. I ketp thinking the hanging velcro piece had to be inside the chin cup but it finally came together for me.
