Tour Skate Fit

Do all the Tour skates generally fit the same? I've never owned a pair, but I want to order some online because it's on sale. Normally I'd just go to my local store and try on a pair, but they don't have this pair in my size. Please let me know if you have any info.

I have a pair of tour goalie skates and they fit one size smaller than my dress size shoe. It's actually a pretty damn good fit, similar (a bit wider though) to my vapor player skates.

Where are you looking at them for cheap online? I was looking to pick up a pair for outdoor use so I can work on getting used to my new Hummer frames.
