ccm U foam?

Recommended Posts

hi,

i want to buy ccm u+10 ice skates but when i checked the ccm catalogue, i found that ccm is using a "customizable U foam" in u+10/u+8 skates and "U foam" in cl/u+12 skates. does anybody know, what is the difference between these foams?

thank you

The U Foam is what forms around your feet when you mold them, I know on the cl & u+12 the U Foam you can mold as many times as you want not sure about the lower models.

The foams used in the lower end models usually dont dry as fast as the high end materials. That's basically it.

thank you for your comments!

so the "customizable U foam" in u+10 skates doesn't dry as quickly as "U foam" in u+12 and it is lower density as well... but what i want to know is, if the ability to mold/form around a foot after baking is the same.

thanx
