Bauer stick warranty feedback

So I recently bought a Vapor X20 on a Thursday, used it for drop-in on Friday, a game on Saturday and noticed a "buzz" about 12-15 inches up from the blade. I mailed it to Bauer on Thursday of last week and its replacement was at my door waiting for me when I got home. However, it's an X40! Sweet, an upgrade.

Ditto. A year or two ago I broke an older model from a company they swallowed and received an x60. They took care of me, and assumed they do for all of their customers. Kudos.

I broke a one95 that I got on clearance and sent it in. I called when I didn't hear anything after a week, and was asked if a non grip would be ok. They then let me pick what curve I wanted. They shipped me an x60 in my exact specs. I was very happy! Great service!
