Need pant size advice

Currently i'm in an Easton 925 Velcro Pant in size Large, but from the first time i got them they to big for me. Now i'm looking to find my new my pant but my LHS do not have top of the line in pants in Stock.

I never heard of this Pant with which pant you can compare this.

or in the Bauer TO Pant.

Which one would you take and why, and what size i need.

I have 88kg and i'm 182cm tall. Jeans size normally 34" but i Think a 33" would also fit.
