Vulcan7905 88 Report post Posted October 27, 2011 Im probably the biggest player here and on ice as far as i know. I feel that you should get some stamina jn ya before playing. I also know how ya feel. My first time back I played in a fast pick up game. But I managed and I'm still alive. Now I at least know what to do in the off season. CaptainFantastik 0 Report post Posted November 2, 2011 Always painful coming back to the game after an extended hiatus. The cardio (or lack thereof), the pain in the feet & legs getting re-acclimated to skating, the lower back pain from getting back into prolonged periods in the hockey stance. That's one part of coming back to the game I never look forward to after one of those periods of inactivity.
