Anyone know where i can find Blank wooden blades?

Recommended Posts

I have over 20 shafts at home and want to find a place to buy multiple blades for cheap. I'm a lefty but I'm not afraid to curve a straight blade. I've checked out some places with clearance items but don't want to spend that much. I found on http://www.cheapjims.com some for 8 bucks that i might pick up but was looking for some input from you guys. Thanks in advance

I just saw on Ebay a few lots of blades. Seems to always be a lot of lefty's floating around.

I know one lot was for youth blades. I've used some tape on the ends in a pinch and they've held up fine in the hozel.

Best of luck to you,

Bjorn

Looks like those blades are at least five years old, maybe more. I wouldn't put much faith in them lasting all that long. The best bang for the buck is actually a composite blade, they will retain stiffness and last a lot longer than a wood blade.
