New runner for SLM holder?

I recently found my long neglected pair of 352 Tacks that I had in college. The blades are pretty rusty, so I am guessing they should be replaced. Is it still possible to get runners for SLM holders (SL 5000), or am I going to have to get new holders as well? Quick internet search didn't turn anything up.

SLM holders are molded...that means the steel is not removable/replaceable.

How hard is it to clean up rust on runners? Should I bother, or just get new holders/runners?

Those things are dry-rotten by now...move on and get new holders.
