mrusse01 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2011 Skates have been used three times, very light use, baked once. I stupidly bought these off a local seller, but they are simply too small for me. There is some very very minor scuffing on the holders. On the tendon guard the previous owner tried to buff down a rough spot that was bothering him right on the top edge, but it's very minor. Otherwise the skates are in the condition you'd expect of a skate that's been lightly used 3 times. The X:50's are an amazing skate, I'm actually just going to bite the bullet and go to PHL to buy a 8 or 8.5 if I can find some. You'll find many knowledgable people on here saying skates at this pricepoint are typically the best bang for your buck. Current retail at Pro Hockey Life is $369.99CDN+ tax, on sale from $499.99.
