Haglund problem

I got my x60's about 4 months ago and they have felt amazing until a couple of weeks ago. I've always had a slightly noticable haglund on the outside of my right heel and never had a problem with it. Now my haglund has slightly gotten bigger and I can feel the boot rubbing against my heel during games. I'm not quite sure what to do. The only thing I could think of doing would be trying to bake the skate again but not sure if that might be a bad idea.
