New Graf Runners and steel profile question

Recommended Posts

I've searched around a bit but can't really get a good answer for my couple questions. Today I'm taking my Supra G35's in that currently have T-blades (M-13-256) on them. I've ordered the UL5000 and they'll be installed today. I've had these Grafs for about 6 weeks and came from Easton skates.

The two questions are:

I've heard Graf's already have a forward profile to them. On my LS2's for my Easton skates, I'd always ask for a forward profile when sharpening. Should I get a forward profile for the new UL5000 or because it's Graf, will I already have a forward profile?

Since I've spent the last 6 weeks getting used to the M-13-256 profile on the T-blade, will it be possible for the shop to profile the new UL5000's steel that way? This is most important because I have a game Thursday and a tourney all weekend and I want to get as close to what I'm currently used to as possible since I don't want to spend the whole weekend getting used to a new profile. They're currently out of the t-blade profile so it's not a quick fix and I planned on getting new runners anyways.

Thanks for the help!
